What is F45 Training?
We are the fastest growing growing functional fitness community in the world! The ‘F’ stands for Functional Training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. ‘45’ is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, all of our workout programs are designed to be customizable to fit every fitness level. With two-trainers per class and medium class sizes, you’ll experience semi-personal training in a group setting. Come make some friends!
